With the rapidly changing Coronavirus (COVID-19) here at Car Megamart we would like to let you know how our complex will be handling this situation in such uncertain times. The group of dealers within the complex feel a genuine responsibility for the health and safety of their staff, families and their extended family – our customers. In response to COVID-19, we are actively working to ensure the health and safety of everyone in the complex. Each of the individual dealers, café and finance office will have their own COVID safe plan which they will implement to adapt a COVID normal.


In our complex, our group of dealers remain focused on cleanliness. In addition to our standard hygiene practices, the staff have increased the frequency of many cleaning tasks with a focus on high-touch surfaces including desks, reception areas, waiting areas, door handles, EFTPOS terminals, and bathrooms.


We understand that some of our customers may still be concerned with the constantly evolving situation – which is why we are offering a number of no contact options for our customers. The dedicated group of dealers are committed to offering the best levels of service both in our complex and away from it. We are offering our customers off-site test drives and off-site deliveries.

Our focus is to maintain a “business as usual” attitude, while we continue to provide the level of service our customers have become accustomed to. We have had to close down the café on site due to the large reduction in walk in traffic into the complex. But the good news is the car yards are open for your business and will remain this way until further notice.
